Mileage Awards Terms & Conditions
- Mileage is awarded for paid stays at any room rate except membership rates (e.g. Entertainment or Quest), travel industry rates and owner/employee/family rates.
- Guests must present their mileage membership card during their stay. Guests who do not have their membership cards or record of their correct account number will not be awarded miles.
- No mileage will be awarded after a guest's departure from the property.
- Only one award per cardholder per stay is allowed. Additional mileage will not be awarded for other cardholders or for multiple rooms during the same stay (example: family member rooms).
- Members cannot receive award points for reservations held under another guest's name.
- Offers and participating hotels and resorts are subject to change without notice.
