Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits may be made with the following major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and Discover Card. Deposits will be charged immediately. Reservations without advance deposits are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable Rates
Full prepayment is required for this reservation, your credit card will be charged immediately.
If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on the specified check-in date, payment is non-refundable. At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
Modification of Reservation
Modifications to your reservation are not permitted. However, a request to cancel an existing Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable reservation may be permitted if, at the time you are requesting a change, a new Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable reservation at the same property is booked (subject to availability).
For any modifications/changes to the reservation, you will be charged a change fee of $50.00 USD plus any difference in room charges and applicable taxes. If the new charges are lower than the original reservation, there will not be any refunds. For a cancellation and rebooking to be considered, you must contact the property to request a reservation change no less than three days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
If you depart early for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Extending Your Stay
Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s). This is subject to availability and prevailing rates, and the existing rate shall not apply.
Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable rates are not combinable with any other offers and promotions and is not available to groups.
All Other Rate Plans
For the period 1/3/16 thru 3/31/17 a two-night deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation is not received as follows:
- 3 days prior to arrival for any arrivals on 1/3/16 thru 12/18/16 and 1/3/17-3/31/17
- 7 days prior to arrival for any arrivals on 1/3/16 thru 12/18/16 at the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower
- 30 days prior to arrival for any arrivals on 12/19/16 thru 1/2/17
For the period 1/3/15 thru 3/31/16 a two-night deposit per room is required at the time of booking. Deposits may be forfeited if a cancellation is not received as follows:
- 3 days prior to arrival for any arrivals on 1/3/16 thru 12/18/16 and 1/4/17-3/31/17
- 30 days prior to arrival for any arrivals on 12/19/16 thru 1/3/17
A one-night deposit plus tax is due at time of booking. Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation is not received as follows:
- Lodge: Balance of payment due at check-in. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, a fee equal to one night’s lodging will be forfeited.
- Townhomes: Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Unless we are notified otherwise, the credit card used to pay the deposit will be automatically charged the balance thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received 30 or more days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of full prepayment. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
- Cancellation after Nov. 1 is non-refundable for Lodge and Townhome stays 12/23/16 thru 1/2/17.
A one-night deposit plus tax is due at time of booking. Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If cancelled between 13 and 3 days out, a 1 night + tax penalty will be charged. Full balance will be charged at 14 days out and may be forfeited if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit or purchase of Property Protection Plan is required at check-in.
Payment for all non-advanced purchase stays will be collected at check-out at all Aston properties.
Aston at Papakea Resort where payment for room, taxes and cleaning fee is collected the day before arrival. Facility fee will be collected upon check-in.
Aston at Paki Maui where full payment is required 15-days prior to arrival and is non-refundable once the final balance is charged.
Please note that taxes and service charges may fluctuate from the time a reservation is made until the actual stay. Therefore, the final price due upon check-out could vary from the estimated total price stated at time of booking.
Add to all daily room rates, Hawaii General Excise Tax 4.166%, county surcharge tax of 0.546% (Oahu only) and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax of 9.25%. Each tax to be computed on the total charges exclusive of the other tax.
Add to all daily room rates, 10% tax + Lodging & Tourism Business Improvement District Fee of US$4.50 per unit/day.
Add to all daily room rates, 13% tax.
The fee applies in addition to the daily room rate, is displayed separately under "fees" and gets calculated into the total estimated price on the Aston Website.
A daily amenity fee will be collected at most hotels and resorts. The amenities included in the amenity fee vary per property. Please refer to each resort's "Overview" page for amenity details applicable to the respective resort.
At Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston, all rooms are subject to a one-time housekeeping fee of $50.85 (incl. tax) for one and two-bedroom units and $62.15 (incl. tax) for three-bedroom units.
At Fountains Resort at ChampionsGate, all rooms are subject to a one-time housekeeping fee of $96.05 (incl. tax) for three-bedroom units and $107.35 (incl. tax) for four-bedroom units.
At Aston at Papakea Resort, all rooms are subject to a one-time housekeeping fee of $92.71 (incl. tax) for all units.
At Aston Shores at Waikoloa, all rooms are subject to a one-time housekeeping fee of $98.96 (incl. tax) for one-bedroom units, $156.25 (incl. tax) for two-bedroom units, and $182.29 (incl. tax) for two-bedroom golf villas.
At Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas, all rooms are subject to a one-time housekeeping fee of $98.96 (incl. tax) for one-bedroom units, $182.29 (incl. tax) for two-bedroom units, and $203.12 (incl. tax) for three-bedroom units.
Aston Hotels & Resorts accepts children 17 years and younger at no additional charge if they occupy existing beds in the room with their parents. Add $30 daily for a rollaway or airbed (not available at some properties). Add $45 daily at Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. Cribs are available at most properties.
Extra Person Rate
Hotels add US$30 per person daily. Quads are available at some hotels, but must be pre-booked. Add $45 per person daily at Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel.
Out of concern for all of our guests, employees, and owners, ALL hotels and condominium units managed by Aston Hotels & Resorts have been designated as Non-Smoking Accommodations.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas which will vary by property. Appropriate Non-Smoking signage will be displayed at all times at the entrances to and within each hotel and resort property, including guest rooms. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign the "Non-Smoking Policy Acknowledgement Form" and will be advised of the following "Smoke Elimination Fee."
In the event a guest smokes or permits smoking in an Aston unit, a "Smoke Elimination Fee" of US$425 will be posted to the guest account upon checkout or processed as a late charge on the guest account if the violation is reported after the guest has departed. The Smoke Elimination Fee may be subject to change.
The Aston Hotels & Resorts Non-Smoking Policy has been developed in the best interest of all guests, employees, owners, visitors, and service providers to minimize exposure to second hand smoke and to ensure compliance with State Laws.
Please note that Aston Hotels & Resorts does not manage all condominium units in a condominium complex and therefore, some units and common areas are not subject to our control.
Aston Hotels & Resorts has a No Pets Policy at most properties. However, the following is specific ADA information addressed under the American with Disabilities Act Law:
With regard to service animals like seeing eye or hearing ear dogs, a public accommodation including hotels, restaurants, stores, etc., must permit individuals with disabilities to use service animals in its facilities unless to do so would fundamentally alter the nature of the goods or services provided or would affect safe operations. Only in very rare circumstances could a public accommodation refuse to permit use of a service animal. Most sanitation codes require a hotel guest room to be sanitized after being occupied by an animal. The cost of this sanitizing procedure cannot be charged to the disabled guest. A public accommodation however, is not required to supervise or care for a service animal.
Hotel Renew is a dog-friendly property, allowing dogs of up to 20 pounds. 2 dogs maximum per room. Pet fee of $25+ tax per night/per dog applies. $50 refundable pet deposit is required. Pet owners will be required to sign a Hotel Dog Policy (PDF) upon check-in.

Aston Lakeland Village Unit Availability/Assignment
As all of the units at Aston Lakeland Village are individually owned, for contractual reasons, all units are subject to availability until the owner release date, which is sixty (60) days prior to checkout in the spring and fall seasons, and ninety (90) days prior to checkout in the summer and winter. Should the owner decide to book their unit, you will be notified for alternative options.
