Terms & Conditions

  • Best Rate Guarantee only applies to reservations confirmed on at least 72 hours prior to arrival date.
  • Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the following published, unrestricted rates available on eSpecial, Limited Time Offer, and Standard.
  • The claim form with the lower rate must be submitted within 24 hours of confirming a reservation on
  • Only one claim per stay may be submitted.
  • Aston Hotels & Resorts is not liable for cancellation fees on reservations confirmed on the competing website.
  • A qualified Competing Rate must match the following definitions:
    • Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available and immediately bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
    • The Competing Rate must be for the same resort, same type of room, same number and age of guests, same dates and length of stay, and same booking restrictions.
    • Rooms available on the competing website must be managed by Aston Hotels & Resorts. Rooms at the same resorts that are not managed within the Aston Hotels & Resorts rental pool (e.g. Maui Condo & Home rentals,, etc.) are not qualified for the Best Rate Guarantee.
  • Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the room rate for each night for which the lower rate was found and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees, and any other fees or charges that you may incur during your stay.
  • Once the Best Rate Guarantee reservation is confirmed, should you need to modify this reservation, you may be subject to the prevailing rates and availability at the time the booking is modified or rebooked.
  • Offer is only valid on new reservations.
  • Aston Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

This Guarantee Does Not Apply to:

  • Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to Priceline and Hotwire.
  • Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, or other services, activities and amenities.
  • Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Senior Citizen Discounts, Membership programs (e.g. AAA, AARP), Government, Corporate, Military.
  • Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Aston Hotels & Resorts and a specified and limited group, and which are not publicly available.
  • Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates.
  • Rate differences due to rounding, including all differences of less than one dollar.
  • Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival date.
  • Reservations booked through third party websites or any online channels other than the website.
