Aston Hotels & Resorts guarantees that every room-only resort reservation booked through AstonHotels.com at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date will have the best rate bookable on the Internet.

  • NO FULL PREPAYMENT. When booking, we take only a two-night deposit to guarantee the room.
  • NO CHANGE OR CANCEL FEES UP TO 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT MOST PROPERTIES. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, you can do so at no charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival at most properties. (See detailed cancellation policies on our Reservations Policies page.)

In the unlikely event you find a publicly available and immediately bookable room-only rate on the Internet for the same Aston Hotels & Resorts hotel or condominium resort unit ("Competing Rate") that is lower than the room rate for the same room that you confirmed on AstonHotels.com, within 24 hours of booking the reservation on AstonHotels.com, Aston Hotels & Resorts will not only match that rate, we will also guarantee you late check-out privileges until 2 p.m. at no additional charge.

Terms & Conditions

You must submit your claim within 24 hours of booking your original reservation on the Aston Hotels & Resorts website, and at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date at the resort in question. One claim per stay may be submitted. Do not make a reservation on the competing website; Aston Hotels & Resorts will not be liable for any resulting cancellation fees. Submitting a Claim

If within 24 hours you have found an immediately bookable Competing Rate on the Internet lower than the rate you confirmed on AstonHotels.com, complete the Best Rate Guarantee claim form to provide the required details. Submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim form.

Claim Verification

Aston Hotels & Resorts will verify the online booking availability of the Competing Rate on the Internet. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the lower rate found must be available to book online at the time we validate the claim.

Once a claim has been verified, a new confirmation number will be provided for your reservation at the lower rate, and the reservation will include a notation of the guaranteed 2 p.m. late check-out. You will also receive a cancellation number for your original reservation. (Note: Bookings will be modified rather than cancelled and rebooked for holiday period reservations made within 30 days of arrival date.)
