Stand-up Paddle Board Lesson for 2
Stand-up Paddle (SUP) surfing, also referred to as "Hoe he'e nalu" in Hawaiian, is a fun water sport activity with a Hawaiian heritage that is quickly gaining popularity around the world. Learn how to balance on a 9 - 12 ft board as you paddle standing upright with a good view of incoming sets, and a great disposition to catch many waves.
All equipment needed to learn SUP - such as surfboard, paddle, rash guard and reef shoes - will be provided.
Surf Lesson for 2
 Think Hawaii, and more often than not surfing comes to mind... Have you ever dreamed of riding down a breaking wave yourself? Here is your chance to learn it! Your instructor will teach you all about proper paddling techniques, how to maneuver over waves, and how to stand up on the board to enjoy the ride.
Hans Hedemann Surf School will provide all the equipment needed, including surfboard, rash guard and reef shoes, so you can go out there, have some fun in the water, and catch some waves!
