 The Beach Club
The Beach Club at Aston Kona by the Sea is an inspirational setting for a corporate retreat or can be transformed to create a romantic wonderland for a twilight wedding ceremony and reception.
The Beach Club’s glass walls provide an unobstructed view of the rugged volcanic coastline and the expansive Pacific Ocean, and open out onto the manicured lawn, extending the amount of available gathering space.
The Beach Club features two rooms, accommodating up to 52 people theater-style in the larger, 624-square-foot room, or up to 32 people in the smaller room, which is 403 square feet in size. The rooms also include a food-service area, as well as Internet, phone and video connectivity.

- Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages has two meeting venues: Grove Conference Room and Reading Room/Parlor
- The air-conditioned Grove Conference Room is about 1,085 square feet and can accommodate
up to 80 persons, theater style seating or 50 persons in a reception. The outdoor Grove
Veranda that surrounds the Grove Conference Room can accommodate another 50 persons in a
reception.
- The Parlor (301 sq. ft.) can seat comfortably up to 40 persons theater style or 20 persons in a classroom format.
- For smaller meetings and retreats, we recommend using the expansive grounds of the
Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages or in or out on the patios of one of the large cottages.
