Dine by Fire (Dance) Light, Dinner’s on Us at Aston Maui Lu
HONOLULU, HI (April 20, 2012) – You’ve heard of Polynesian hospitality? Aston Maui Lu takes that famed Aloha welcome up a notch with an evening of dinner, song and dance for two at the renowned Polynesian Village Luau, located on-site. Guests staying four nights or more at the resort receive two complimentary luau tickets, valued at $160.
The Polynesian Village Luau is available Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The festivities begin at 5 p.m. as guests enter and receive a warm welcome from luau host, Chief Palota. The evening is filled with experiences unique to the islands, including one-on-one conch shell blowing lessons, coconut husking, spear throwing and ukulele lessons. Guests are then treated to an Island feast and an award-winning stage show that highlights the song and dance of Polynesia. The glowing grand finale is a spectacular fire dance performance.
The menu has something for everyone with luau favorites including kalua pork, barbecue smoked chicken, mahimahi in coconut sauce, short ribs, fried noodles, salads and fresh Island fruit, to kid-pleasing hot dogs, mac ‘n cheese, sweet corn, Maui chips and desserts.
